Beck Feiner is an illustrator, designer and author living in Redfern, Sydney.

She graduated with honours in Visual Communications from UTS Sydney.

Beck’s creative style has evolved from her years working as a graphic designer and art-director in the advertising industry in Sydney and overseas. Her concepts distil visuals to their essence and imbue characters, scenes and motifs with a sense of fun and a colourful love of life.

Becky left the world of advertising to produce her two most rewarding creations: Levi and Esme.
Her recent project - Aussie Legends Alphabet - was conceived when teaching her kids the alphabet but discovering a lack of materials that helped in an engaging way.

Initially, Aussie Legends Alphabet, was released as a poster from her home studio, but has since gone on to receive nation-wide recognition, verging on fame. Beck has appeared on television on three occasions, the poster has been archived by the National Library of Australia and earned a publishing deal with Harper Collins.

Aussie Legends Alphabet was published in September of 2017. Tanya Plibersek helped launch the book. Beck Feiner is now currently working on three new illustrated books, focusing on Australian culture, as well as various commissioned illustrations.

Transitioning from the corporate world to a career in illustration wasn't easy. Becky dedicated herself over a long period and used her time on maternity leave to help realise her dream.
