We only ship on business days, so orders placed on Friday after 1:00pm or over the weekend will ship out on Monday morning.
No sweat - we all make mistakes. Shoot us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org - with your order # in the subject), catch us on live chat or drop us a line (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm PST) and we’ll do everything we can to sort it out.
We try to fulfill orders very quickly, so please don’t hate us if your order has already been shipped. In the worst case scenario, you can return it to us for a refund. Please note, return mail and resend costs are the responsibility of the customer, along with any restocking fees. This will be deducted from the refunded amount.
When products are in stock, we typically dispatch orders the next working day (or the same day in many cases).
If items are available on pre-order or we anticipate a delay in dispatching a shipment, we will include an estimated date on both the website and the order confirmation email you receive.
You will receive an email with a link to track your order once it has been processed. Click on that link or login to your account to receive updates from our delivery partner.
In both cases we include an expected arrival date on our website and the order confirmation email you receive. That way you have an indication as to when this item will be hitting our warehouse. From there, we aim to dispatch the entire backlog of orders within 1 -4 days.
For sure! We really pride ourselves on delivering the perfect gift solution. We provide the option of including a personalized message in a handwritten card.
If you are looking to surprise and delight somebody special, add the ‘personalized gift card’ option to your order.
Many of our customers purchase our goodies as gifts for family or friends so we do not include the invoice or any mention of price with the order. We do however attach a dispatch note but this just lists the items inside the box as well as the billing and delivery address. If you do need an invoice, simply get in touch and we’ll shoot one over quick smart.

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders above $50.
We also offer a range of different shipping services including USPS Media Mail/First Class/Priority, UPS Ground and DHL eCommerce. The price ranges from $4.95 - $29.95
As a result of COVID, the only international shipping option currently supported is DHL Express. This is a reliable service with a 2-6 day transit time from the date of dispatch.
We offer 3 domestic shipping service in the US and DHL Express for international orders.
USPS Media Mail:This is an affordable option with an estimated transit time of 2-20 working days from the date of dispatch. From our experience, orders to the east coast typically take 10-20 working days.This is not a guaranteed transit time.
Standard Mail:Depending on availability and bandwidth, our third party warehouse will use either USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, DHL eCommerce or UPS Ground. The estimated delivery time from the date of dispatch is typically 2-6 working days. This is not a guaranteed transit time.
Expedited Mail:This is a UPS service that delivers within 1-3 days from the date of dispatch.
DHL Express International:This is a guaranteed DHL service that delivers within 2-6 days from the date of dispatch.
Please note that the carriers have suspended their 'guaranteed' delivery times since May 2020 as a result of the operational challenges arising from COVID.
Orders submitted before 10am ET are usually dispatched same day. Our warehouse aims to dispatch all orders within 1-2 days of receiving them. Please note, orders received on Friday, public holidays or weekends will only be processed the next working day.
If you’re unlucky enough to receive a faulty product or you’ve changed your mind, no sweat, we’ll gladly refund your order within 14 days of the purchase date.
To get started, please shoot through an email to email@example.com with the subject ‘Return’. Please includes your name and order number in the email. A member of our team will contact you shortly to initiate the process.
Please note, you will need to cover the cost of the return shipping. The refunded amount will be for the value of the product.
Refunds will be processed using the original tender type. EFTPOS/Credit Card refunds must be processed against the original card details (the exact card used to make the original purchase).
Hang tight, it can take up to two weeks to receive and process your return (in most cases with we have this sorted out within 2-3 days). We'll be sure to send a refund notification email as soon as we've issued your refund.
Listed below are the estimated cut off dates for our various partner carriers. Please understand these are not guaranteed transit times. Our recommendation is to place orders as early as possible to have the best possible chance of receiving shipment by Christmas.
USPS MEDIA MAIL: Orders submitted after December 5th may not arrive before Christmas. Media Mail is typically 2-10 working days, but it is a low priority ground service by USPS. It can take up to 20 working days.
Standard Shipping: This service will use either USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, DHL Ecommerce UPS Ground (depending on availability and bandwidth). Although the carriers do not provide a guaranteed service, orders submitted before 10:00pm PST on Thursday 15 December 2022, should arrive by Christmas Day.
Expedited Shipping: Orders submitted before 12:00pm PST on Tuesday 20 December 2022, should arrive by Christmas Day.
DHL Express International Shipping: Orders submitted before 12:00pm PST on the 16 December 2022, should arrive by Christmas Day.
Alphabet Legends does not provide refunds for orders that do not arrive within the estimated transit window provided by the third party carrier unless you chose the EXPEDITED 'by end of second day service'.
